Clean Fuel Production Systems
Clean Methane Production System
Our green methane production system utilizes renewable hydrogen and captured CO₂ to produce methane through catalytic methanation. The setup includes a hydrogen generation unit, a CO₂ feed system, and a reactor with a highly efficient catalyst to facilitate the Sabatier reaction. Advanced temperature and pressure controls optimize reaction efficiency, while gas separation and analysis ensure high methane purity. This research supports the development of sustainable synthetic fuels for energy storage and grid integration.
E-CEM Reactor System
E-CEM reactor (Electro-cation Exchange Module) approaches are being developed to use pH fluctuations in ocean water to produce hydrogen (H2) and carbon dioxide (CO2). The system functions as a separator between three compartments: a central chamber and electrode compartments containing the cathode and anode, both of which have the capability to reverse polarity. Reactor highlights the potential for developing hydrogen-generating technologies through practical prototype assessment. Streamlining these procedures may utilize ocean resources more effectively, supporting environmentally friendly energy sources and sustainable energy solutions.
